# TigerChat (טייגרצ׳אט)

> TigerChat is a Hebrew AI customer-service chatbot for business websites, made by TIGERMEDIA LTD (Givatayim, Israel). You paste your website address, TigerChat builds a knowledge base from what the site already says, you can review, approve, reject and edit that information at any time, and the bot answers customers in Hebrew around the clock from the information collected from your site, with handoff to a human agent when needed. Self-serve signup is free with no credit card and runs on your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Gemini or Claude). A WhatsApp Business API tier is published at 99 ILS per month including VAT and is set up together with the TigerChat team; a managed tier with full setup, AI included and all channels (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) is priced per customer. The site is in Hebrew.
